The restaurant of Hotel Maccarunera, also called "The miller freshment" or "Ristoro del mugnaio" relies on
the revival of local and traditional Campania's cuisine.
The restaurant is run by the chef Mr. Giuseppe
Carboni and it boasts a wide-range of special dishes that go from meat to seafood. Attention is payed to ad
hoc solutions as vegan, vegetarian, celiac menùs and any sort of food intolerance such as lactose etc. Hotel
Maccarunera also houses a Boutique room where local products are promoted and sold.
